In 2011 Serial/Trash started working with a leading investment bank to develop their visual identity for their reward strategy.
This new brand needed to engage with over 14,000 Employees and to raise the perception of the company to help with recruitment and reduce staff turnover.
In 2013 the project was awarded the Employee Benefits Awards for Best benefits communications.
We’ve summarised the brand and presented the key elements that made this project an award winning visual identity.
